Overview

The UK & Ireland Safety Director will design, implement, and execute a region-wide safety strategy across all Phenna Group operating companies, driving a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance.

• Lead the UK & Ireland Health & Safety strategy aligned with group values.

• Represent Phenna Group during external inspections.
• Advise on risk during M&A activities.

Requirements

• Proven senior safety leadership experience in multi-site organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland HSE legislation.
• Success in driving safety strategy and cultural change.
• Experience engaging operational leaders.
• Exposure to TIC, construction, or engineering is advantageous.
