The Lead of SRE Services at EVERSANA provides technical and process guidance to Site Reliability Engineers, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of services across business units.

• Integrate Agile, Cloud, and DevOps services to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in cloud operations with public cloud IaaS and PaaS.
• 6+ years in technical software or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework-based operations.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Security engineering and server/network hardening experience.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Understanding of global network design.
