• Lead critical initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline internal processes.
• Plan and manage strategic operations projects.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or Operations.
• Experience in sports, streaming, SaaS, or hospitality technology industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or Operations.
• Familiar with Agile and Project Management methodologies; PMP is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and various Project Management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented and takes ownership of tasks.
• Experience in sports, streaming, SaaS, or hospitality technology industries.
