Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

EverOps is looking for a Senior DevOps & IT Operations Engineer who combines infrastructure automation expertise with hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations. This hybrid role is ideal for a versatile engineer who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to manage cloud infrastructure and improve endpoint management systems across Windows and macOS fleets.

In Short

• Build, scale, and maintain cloud infrastructure using modern automation tools and Infrastructure as Code.
• Support client environments by automating identity workflows and infrastructure provisioning.
• Work with tools like JAMF and Intune to manage macOS and Windows fleets.
• Develop, monitor, and improve CI/CD pipelines and observability systems.
• Deploy and manage applications across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Collaborate with security and IT stakeholders to enforce access models.
• Continuously evaluate processes, tools, and systems for improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, or hybrid IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Bash, Golang).
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef.
• CI/CD expertise with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus).
• Experience with Okta administration and access policy automation.
