Overview

Helpline is recruiting an IT Delivery Manager for one of its clients, a leading global luxury group encompassing iconic houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and watchmaking.

In Short

• Oversee and manage all services provided by the IT service provider.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA).
• Communicate the company's HR policy to employees.
• Coordinate and ensure proper handling of incidents and service requests from the client.
• Coordinate and ensure proper consideration of change requests from the client or service provider.
• Ensure the integrity of all IT assets under the service provider's responsibility.
• Lead annual Disaster Recovery Plan exercises between internal IT teams and the service provider.
• Facilitate necessary governance for all these actions.
• Propose, identify, and define actions for service evolution and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and rigorous approach.
• Fluency in English.
