• Project Ownership: You manage entire projects from kickoff to delivery, always focused on customer success and top‑quality results.
• Customer Communication: You lead client meetings, understand their goals, and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for our technical team.
• Project Planning & Coordination: You maintain our project boards, track progress, and make sure every detail is captured and executed.
• Risk Management: You identify potential issues early and take initiative to solve them before they escalate.
• Cross‑Team Alignment: You connect sales, development, and leadership to keep every project on track.
• Reporting & Documentation: You provide clear internal and external updates, ensuring total transparency at every stage.

Requirements

• Initial exposure to IT or software projects (university, internships, personal projects)
• Strong willingness to learn and the ability to dive quickly into technical topics
• Solid understanding of how software systems work (no coding required, but technical curiosity is a must)
• Structured, solution‑oriented mindset
• Fluent German (spoken and written) mandatory - C1/C2.
  You will manage German‑speaking customers, lead meetings, and communicate directly with stakeholders.
• Strong English skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
