As an International Operations Responder at Everbridge, you will be at the forefront of supporting clients during critical global situations, ensuring their safety and providing expert care.

In Short

• Be the first line of support in emergencies worldwide.
• Manage case lifecycles from intake to resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical and security teams.
• Document case details in the Case Management System.
• Use Mass Communication Platforms for critical information dissemination.
• Support internal procedure improvements.
• Assist the Intelligence Team with ad hoc projects.
• Work remotely from anywhere in Hungary.
• Shift work includes both day and night shifts.
• Receive a night shift allowance for night shifts.

Requirements

• Experience in emergency response or customer service.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office knowledge.
• Self-driven and adaptable.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
