Overview

As a Mid Performance Marketer at EverAI, you will take end-to-end ownership of a paid acquisition channel, working closely with the CMO to optimize campaigns and contribute to scaling user acquisition.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing significant paid media budgets.
• Analytical skills with tools like GA4 and Voluum.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to iterate quickly.
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and similar platforms.
• Comfortable with NSFW content.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Goal-oriented with a doer mindset.
• Humble and open to feedback.
• Fluent in English.
