In Short

• Manage multi-channel paid advertising strategies.
• Optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta.
• Conduct measurement and optimization using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams for ad creatives and lead quality.
• Implement tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Experiment with new advertising channels.
• Develop quarterly budgets and channel mix plans.
• Drive improvements in lead-to-deal conversion rates.
• Audit and restructure ad accounts for better performance.
• Publish test plans and insights regularly.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in PPC marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing, and Meta advertising.
• Proven track record of generating revenue from paid traffic.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with GTM, GA4, and CRM systems.
• Creative instincts for ad and landing page development.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with additional ad platforms is a plus.
