In Short

• Lead and scale the team responsible for customer onboarding and success.
• Act as a strategic program manager and primary product partner.
• Build scalable implementation systems and standardize foundational playbooks.
• Coach and mentor a team of Product Solutions Associates.
• Oversee customer implementations and serve as the escalation point for technical setups.
• Ensure technical quality assurance and oversee the drafting of AI prompts.
• Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
• Focus on team growth and performance metrics.
• Manage external executive stakeholders for implementation success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS, LegalTech, or complex Operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven track record in hiring and managing implementation or technical success teams.
• Experience with enterprise implementations for large customers.
• Technical fluency in SQL and AI.
• Customer-centric focus with experience in managing critical stakeholders.
