Requirements

• 5+ years in web development, 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, SASS, and .NET.
• Proven experience in leading development teams.
• Ability to make technical decisions and design architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility.
• Experience in planning and managing development projects.
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Scrum processes.
• Good German and English language skills.
