Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with coordination and communication.
• Experience mentoring engineers with a focus on performance.
• Experience conducting code reviews and technical interviews.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
