In Short

• Work closely with PMs to define feature goals and lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Generate exploratory analyses and in-depth research on large data sets.
• Use data querying and visualization skills to provide actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor and visualize KPIs.
• Present insights and recommendations to various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain consistent business logic.
• Foster a data-driven culture through analytics and research.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or product management.
• Expert knowledge of SQL.
• Expertise with data visualization tools.
• Experience in A/B testing and experimentation best practices.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
