Software Engineer, Test - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer, Test, you will work with top engineers in the InsureTech space to design and implement test automation for Ethos, focusing on clean, modular, and high-performing code.

In Short

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Design risk-based test plans for new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development or test framework experience.
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, Java, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools (e.g., AWS/GCP).
• Experience with automation frameworks (TestNG, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Expertise in test-driven development.
• Self-directed and curious.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to challenge existing practices.
