Ethos is looking for a Head of Product Design to build the world’s best direct-to-consumer life insurance purchase experience. You will work with talented teammates to create delightful experiences while raising the bar for UX design across the company.

• Lead the design team to create high-quality design work that drives customer and business outcomes.

• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to collaboration.
