Overview

Hulu’s marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to our VP, Subscriber Acquisition and Brand Media. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks.

In Short

  • Handle complex scheduling responsibilities.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the media department.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
  • Collaborate effectively with associates and managers.
  • Utilize Microsoft and Google productivity tools.
  • Engage professionally with external media partners.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Capacity to engage with professionals at all levels.
  • Historical knowledge of media, film, and television.
  • Experience with entertainment industry professionals.
