Disneyland Costuming Project Analyst Intern, Spring 2026 - Remote

Overview

The Disneyland Costuming Project Analyst Intern will work on various projects to improve efficiency within the Costuming organization at the Walt Disney Company.

In Short

• Full-time internship from January 2026 to June 2026.
• Located in the Anaheim, CA area.
• Conduct analysis for layout optimization, workload planning, and inventory forecasting.
• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with Cast Members at all levels.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Strong analytical and project management skills are required.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization software is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Pay rate is $30 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software applications.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of project life cycle.
• Must provide own housing and reliable transportation.
• Fully available for the internship duration.
