Overview

The Director of Network Automation Engineering is responsible for leading the strategic implementation of automation, observability platforms, and AI/ML solutions within Disney’s Global Network Engineering and Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership in network engineering or automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on with Python, Ansible, Terraform, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proven ability to lead NetDevOps transformations.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in automation frameworks and observability best practices.
• Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Certifications in ITIL, Kubernetes, or AI/ML platforms are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
