  • Design, build, and improve machine learning models related to subscriber behavior.
  • Collaborate on the entire development process including data collection and analysis.
  • Drive experimentation to test the impact of models.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of subscriber data structures.
  • Mine large data sets to identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Create visualizations to communicate insights clearly.
  • Partner with stakeholders to unlock opportunities.
  • Improve platform capabilities around data modeling and visualization.
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning solutions.
  • 2+ years of programming experience in Python or R.
  • Experience with SQL and databases.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desire to collaborate with data professionals.
  • Masters or Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience in marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Jupyter and Snowflake.
