This role is critical in building a high-performance service model that ensures efficiency, automation, and a frictionless employee experience.

• Build and lead a high-performance People Services function, delivering fast, intuitive, and automated HR processes at scale.
• Oversee four key service areas: HR Advisory Services, Payroll & Operations, HR Systems & Technology, and Workplace Experience teams.
• Design and implement next-generation HR technology solutions for enhanced user experiences.
• Streamline and automate key HR processes such as onboarding and compliance reporting.
• Ensure flawless payroll execution, integrating with finance and tax systems.
• Oversee global mobility and workforce flexibility for remote employees.
• Use data-driven insights for process improvements in People Services.
• Collaborate with IT for automation and self-service tools.
• Build a culture of operational excellence using lean methodologies.
• Establish KPIs to track success and service improvements.
