Information Security Officer - Remote

Overview

The Information Security Officer will provide security support services to ensure compliance with security controls and continuously monitor the cybersecurity posture of systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years in information security or cybersecurity engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with FISMA-regulated environments.
• Proven experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with vulnerability and compliance scanning tools.
• Strong skills in securing cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Ability to communicate security risks and requirements effectively.
• Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
