Overview

Escalera Capital is seeking a highly organized Lead Commercial Real Estate Analyst responsible for conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, investment analysis, and asset performance evaluations.

In Short

Conduct financial modeling and cash flow analysis for acquisitions and lease negotiations.
Evaluate commercial real estate investments by analyzing income and expense trends.
Develop detailed proformas and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
Assist in due diligence efforts, including lease reviews and property inspections.
Gather and analyze commercial real estate market data.
Utilize industry research tools to track market conditions.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing asset performance.
Assist in structuring and closing real estate transactions.
Work closely with internal teams to align investment strategies.
Participate in ad-hoc real estate projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ARGUS Enterprise for cash flow modeling.
Familiarity with research tools such as CoStar and RCA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial modeling.
