• Develop and optimize the affiliate marketing strategy for the German and international markets.
• Identify, analyze, and efficiently manage relevant affiliate partners and publishers.

• Measure the effectiveness of programs through data analysis and make data-driven strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and aggregators.
• Develop and implement new performance strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to identify trends and secure competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Several years of proven successful experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in E-Commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, especially Awin, and experience with aggregators.
• Experience in international affiliate marketing with an understanding of country-specific strategies.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns.
• Good contacts with relevant publishers and networks to quickly establish new partnerships.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with high motivation.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
