Overview

The Quality System Officer is responsible for providing front line systems support to employees across Ergomed group, managing the eQMS helpdesk, and assisting in improving efficiency in company-wide quality systems.

In Short

  • Provide SME support for company-wide systems users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and upgrading the new eQMS.
  • Prepare reports summarizing various GxP data.
  • Manage Quality electronic HelpDesk and assist users in problem-solving.
  • Support the Quality Systems Manager for various development projects.
  • Prepare metrics on eQMS data and project management.

Requirements

  • University degree in Biomedical sciences, Natural sciences, Health Sciences, or Information Technology.
  • Previous Pharmacovigilance experience is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a Quality and/or Compliance role is required.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems is required.
  • Experience in SharePoint and Electronic HelpDesks is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power BI.
