Overview

ERG is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead its Vehicle Decarbonization service area, focusing on electrification of public and private sector fleets.

In Short

• Lead project management for vehicle decarbonization initiatives.
• Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert in EV/EVSE.
• Manage a team of 3-6 junior staff and oversee their work products.
• Develop written reports and prepare presentations for clients.
• Track project budgets and invoicing.
• Maintain and expand client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate subcontractor relationships.
• Lead proposal efforts for new projects.
• Foster environmental and social benefits through objective analysis.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with light, medium, and heavy-duty fleets.
• Expert knowledge of federal EV and EVSE grant programs.
• Background in private consulting and public sector positions.
• Strong project management experience.
