Overview

The Application Representative plays a vital role in processing applications for prospective residents while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with legal processes.

In Short

  • Monitor and process daily workload in the applications system.
  • Process applications for prospective residents with exceptional customer service.
  • Guide applicants through the application process via phone and email.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal processes.
  • Utilize fraud detection resources for decision-making.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and changes in laws.
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A college degree or some college coursework is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in underwriting or property management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows environment.
  • High level of confidentiality regarding customer information.
