The Group Head of Regulatory Compliance will lead the compliance function for Equals Group, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, EU, and USA.

Requirements

• Experience in the payments industry with multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in drafting and implementing compliance policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
