Overview

As the Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce Specialist) at Eon, you will own the architecture and backend setup of Salesforce and our GTM tech stack applications, enabling our teams to scale efficiently. You will drive system improvements, manage integrations with key GTM tools, and partner cross-functionally to turn business needs into robust, technical solutions.

• Own and manage all backend Salesforce configurations.
• Maintain data cleanliness and governance across Salesforce objects.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and perform regular system audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst / Salesforce Admin.
• Proven track record implementing Salesforce at scale.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (must-have).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with popular GTM tools.
• Strong analytical capability and data hygiene discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data model.
