IT Systems Analyst (III) - Remote

Overview

The IT Systems Analyst (III) is responsible for executing a broad range of technical and operational activities including gathering and transforming requirements into system design, support, manage and maintain systems, analyse data to identify existing problems and craft solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis and technical systems experience.
• Strong SaaS management experience including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Global experience across multiple countries and timezones.
• Experience in IT support with SOX compliance understanding.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills with PC and Mac platforms.
• Proactive, organised, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret business needs.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology.
• Spanish language skills are advantageous.
