Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solution Architect at env0, you’ll be the go-to resource for helping customers achieve success with our platform. You’ll assist customers with deploying and scaling their IaC workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure they get the most value from env0.

In Short

• Assist customers in deploying, integrating, and optimizing env0 with their existing IaC workflows.
• Participate in Zoom calls with customers to address their challenges and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation and resources to improve customer onboarding.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date with cloud and DevOps trends.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of Terraform, IaC, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication in English.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the DevOps space.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
