General Laborer/Fiber Puller - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a few General Laborer/Fiber Pullers to join our main-line fiber optic construction crews. This position performs manual labor tasks required for underground and aerial fiber installation. This role is critical to safely and efficiently pull fiber, set-up job sites and ensure that project specifications are met.

In Short

• Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week
• Typically 3 weeks away from home, 1 week (7-10 days) at home
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed in addition to regular travel
• 100% travel in or out-of-state

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, non-probationary driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior construction or telecommunications experience is preferred.
• Able to meet physical requirements: climb ladders, work in confined spaces and/or various heights.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to obtain certifications (OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, Flagging, etc.).
