• Serve as the technical interface for customer projects.
• Analyze customer business requirements and create technical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS.
• Broad technical experience in engineering or technical pre-sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Extensive experience with databases (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience with APIs and business logic definition.
• Experience with data migrations or data cleaning.
• Understanding of basic internet technologies (DNS, SMTP, HTML).
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Project management skills (agile and waterfall).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
