DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

ENS Labs is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and operate the infrastructure that enables ENS to resolve quickly and reliably across chains.

In Short

• Plan, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration.
• Automate CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.
• Operate the metadata service and CCIP-Read gateways.
• Run ENSIndexer across L1/L2 and manage Postgres databases.
• Ensure reliability and security of the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with protocol/app engineers.
• Document processes and maintain architecture documentation.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems.
• Foster a remote, asynchronous work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infra with production systems.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Automation skills in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Go.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana.
• Basic knowledge of Postgres and Redis caching.
• Security-focused with familiarity in industry standards.
• Understanding of Ethereum/L2 concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Experience with open-source contributions is a plus.
