Junior Operations Manager (Fleet Management) - Remote

Enpal is on a mission to provide clean energy for everyone! We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Fleet Manager to help manage vehicle operations effectively.

In Short

• Support the damage department in processing and documenting accidents and vehicle damages.
• Monitor and track irregularities in vehicle usage, such as mileage and fuel behavior.
• Control fuel and driving behavior to detect fraud cases.
• Coordinate communication with internal departments and workshops.
• Maintain and update all vehicle-related data in the system.
• Responsible for checking invoices related to vehicles and workshop services.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, first experiences in fleet management or damage processing.
• Experience with insurance, leasing, and damage cases is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus.
