  • Work closely with the logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Track shipped parcels and notify customers as needed.
  • Follow up on inquiries and delayed payments.
  • Ensure a smoother shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and confidence in communication.
  • Experience in customer service (sales experience is a bonus).
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset.
  • Availability to work in 3 shifts: early morning, daytime, night shift.
  • Proactive and prioritizes tasks effectively.
  • Excellent soft skills, especially communication and empathy.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to adapt to feedback.
  • Multitasking ability in various situations.
  • Accountability and ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills for navigating systems while assisting customers.
