Overview

The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, selling marketing campaign packages, and maintaining data in Zoho CRM.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (10:00 AM to 02:00 PM AEST)
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM for data entry and report generation
• Strong communication skills, both phone and email
• Experience with Excel for reporting and data management
• Sell marketing campaign packages to clients at discounted rates
• Input and update data in Zoho CRM, including sales and campaign reports
• Manage phone calls and provide customer service
• Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and campaign performance
• Email customers regarding promotions and updates
