In Short

• Responsible for supporting Groups Sales department by sourcing hotels, managing RFPs, and ensuring timely follow-up to align with client needs.
• Consistently meet ambitious monthly sales targets to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and hotel partners.
• Source and book group projects using Engine’s internal database and CRM.
• Assist with process improvements and contribute to the growth of the Groups Team.
• Handle additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and creative solution skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work.
• Innovative mindset; identifying creative solutions to streamline processes.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain professional composure.
• A fast learner comfortable with ambiguity.
• A team player with a natural will to win.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience required.
• Extremely tech-savvy; learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
