Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., economics, engineering)
• Demonstrated excellence in conceptual analysis, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong written and communication skills, including experience writing technical reports
• Proven ability to manage and execute complex research tasks
• Professional experience estimating costs and benefits, conducting cost-benefit analysis
• Relevant domain knowledge in areas such as energy efficiency or clean energy
• Professional experience conducting policy impact analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
