Overview

Endo Health develops digital health applications known as 'apps on prescription' for women with gynecological conditions. Our apps take a multimodal approach, combining medical knowledge, psychological methods, and practical exercises, evidence-based and user-oriented. We produce explanatory videos and guided exercise videos. We are looking for a Video Producer with organizational talent, attention to detail, and an interest in our mission to improve healthcare for women.

In Short

• Plan and oversee video shoots in coordination with the team from conception to final implementation.
• Coordinate freelancers for shooting and editing.
• Prepare for shoots (including pre-meetings, briefings, scheduling, team and technical planning).
• Create or revise scripts and treatments.
• Design production: creative planning and implementation for on-site shooting.
• Produce and direct on-site shoots (including set setup with camera personnel, preparation and operation of the teleprompter, data backup).
• Approve the edit.
• Support content management/publication of videos.
• Creatively develop our formats technically and content-wise.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Video Producer in professional production environments.
• Very good knowledge of industry-standard video technology, post-production software, and production methods.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
• Interest in women's health topics.
• German at a native level.

• Ideally, initial experience with Scrum/Jira.
