Senior 3D Animator - Remote

Overview

As a Senior 3D Animator at Endava Games, you will create high-quality animations for AA or AAA games, collaborating with an international team in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Create high-quality, key-frame animations that are visually impactful.
• Develop animation storyboards to assist in decision-making.
• Create custom rigs in Maya and/or UE5.
• Work closely with Tech Animators to maintain workflows.
• Execute prioritized work to meet project deadlines.
• Must have a B.A. in Art or Animation.
• Experience with at least one shipped AA/AAA game in the last 3 years.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent animation skills.
• Expertise in key-frame animations and custom rigs.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• B.A. in Art or Animation.
• 1+ AA/AAA Unreal Engine 5 game shipped.
• Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating animation skills.
• Expertise in DCC tools (Maya/3DS Max/MotionBuilder).
• Understanding of Kinesiology and body language.
• Experience with behavior trees in UE5.
• Proficiency with feedback and tracking tools.
