Requirements

  • Experience in sales to SMEs and SaaS, preferably in high-performing startups.
  • Background in the energy sector is helpful but not required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with team lead experience in SaaS preferred.
  • Ability to scale a sales team from 3 to 10-12 members.
  • Experience in developing and leading a team.
  • Experience in building sales structures.
  • Strong ability to build and optimize scalable sales processes.
