Requirements

• 0-2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience with an Associate's degree or 4+ years with a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of engineering principles in civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural projects.
• Good planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Team building and conflict management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage small projects independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other software applications.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
