In Short

  • Work within a contact center interfacing with patients, providers, and families.
  • Educate patients by phone and schedule palliative appointments.
  • Manage clinical files and document palliative visits.
  • Balance time between patient calls and administrative work.
  • Join a Central Operations team with a focus on healthcare and clinical experience.
  • Receive in-depth training and resources for success.
  • Communicate regularly with the team via Zoom and Slack.
  • Help patients understand the value of palliative care.
  • Ensure high-quality care from Empassion’s network of providers.
  • Assist in closing completed cases daily.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years as an LPN.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with clinical notes.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service call center.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with technology.
  • Passionate about improving healthcare experiences.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus.
