Overview

The data analyst will clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets using statistical methods, contributing to the excellence of Emory University's academic community.

In Short

• Creates and maintains a data dictionary and metadata.
• Supports efforts to ensure that data standards are developed and maintained.
• Ensures accuracy of data through reports and queries.
• Supports business and system re-engineering and architecture development.
• Serves as an organizational consultant on database matters.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and one year of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical programming (R or Python).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
