Overview

As the ERP Functional Team Lead at Emma – The Sleep Company, you will lead a team of ERP functional specialists, focusing on design, configuration, and deployment across finance and supply chain domains.

• Lead a team of ERP functional analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in large ERP environments (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of R2R, O2C, and P2P business processes.
• Skilled in BPMN or equivalent process-modeling tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments.
