In Short

• Build the ProductOps Foundation: Define and implement processes, metrics, tools, and workflows that improve the speed, quality, and alignment of product delivery across teams.
• Own Product Team Enablement: Ensure our product teams have the right information, resources, and rituals to make great decisions quickly.
• Optimize Communication & Alignment: Create transparency in product priorities, progress, and outcomes.
• Operationalize Product Strategy: Translate the product vision into clear operational plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Data & Insights for Decision-Making: Partner with analytics to define and track product KPIs and operational metrics.
• Tooling & Systems Ownership: Evaluate, implement, and manage product management tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in our product development process.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar operational roles.
• Strong track record of improving product development processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with product metrics.
• High proficiency with product development tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• High proficiency with BI and Product Analytics Tooling (e.g. Tableau, GA, Amplitude).
• Strong communicator who can distill complexity into clarity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
• Bonus: Experience building the ProductOps function from scratch.
