Project Manager - PMO - Remote

Overview

The PMO - Project Management Office and Project Manager apply standard methodologies for the Hydrocarbon & Fiscal System, Analytical Gas & Liquid Systems, and Blending & Transfer projects. MSS PMO implemented practices based on global project offices' experience to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in project delivery for customer value.

In Short

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects mainly for Analyzer & Metering Package
• Implement a globally recognized Project Management structure to all phases of the Project life cycle
• Managing project risks through documentation and mitigation plans
• Providing tools and templates that support a common look and feel to the customer
• Scaling Project Management requirements to support the most efficient Project execution for the customer
• Facilitating the training of Project Management resources while addressing continuous improvement feedback
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Crafting project scopes and objectives, engaging all key collaborators and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage relationships with clients and all collaborators
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• Engineering or a related field.
• A valid engineering license
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in project management for international projects
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of chemical engineering or Instrument engineering for Analyzers and Metering System as a technical project manager
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the industrial automation business
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Plant Industry and Instrument and measurement technologies
• Excellent presentation skills in client-facing and internal interactions
• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Solid working understanding of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
