DeltaV Upgrade Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Upgrade Team, you will leverage your expertise in DeltaV upgrades to drive sales, optimize execution, and conduct and support upgrade projects.

In Short

• Support sales in customer engagement and project scope definition.
• Utilize knowledge of DeltaV upgrades for complex upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with project and service teams in the DACH region.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for upgrade processes.
• Support the development and training of other upgrade engineers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during upgrade activities.
• Participate in DeltaV 24/7 on-call service.
• Build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor in upgrade discussions.
• Travel primarily within Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for business needs.
• Contribute to process and tool improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in control systems.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B1) and English (minimum B1).
• Strong technical orientation and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Class B driver’s license.
