Overview

As a participant in the Business Excellence Bootcamp 2025 program, you will have the opportunity to get better understanding of the business process and you will improve your skills and experience in a professional and dynamic work environment. Also, you will learn from our cool trainers and experts and get along with fellow students from different technical fields.

In Short

• Participate in business and soft skill training.
• Understand Emerson's organizational structure and processes.
• Work individually and in a team on assigned tasks or projects.
• Eligibility: 2nd-year Bachelor's or 1st-year Master's student.
• Preferred fields: Economics Informatics, Statistics, Business Administration, Modern Languages.
• Proficient in Romanian and English.
• Basic understanding of business administration processes is a plus.
• Paid internship for 6 weeks, 8 hours/day.

Requirements

• 2nd-year bachelor’s degree or 1st year master’s degree student.
• Proficient in Romanian & English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of business administration processes.
