Provider Sourcer - Remote

Overview

The Provider Sourcer is responsible for identifying clinical candidates (MD, DO, PA, NP) for all position types for Emergency Care Partners’ affiliated groups. This position may be remote or hybrid in the Pensacola, FL area.

In Short

• Identify clinical candidates for various positions.
• Assist in generating cold call lists for recruiters.
• Recruit candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing for recruiting content.
• Research additional advertising sources.
• Update job postings on websites and social media.
• Meet outreach metrics of 150 touchpoints per week.
• Enter candidate data into MS Dynamics.
• Assist with planning recruiting events.
• Attend events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred.
• One year of experience in healthcare, marketing, human resources, or sales required.
• Experience with MS Office and database applications.
• Physician sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
